LibTool 1.5 support

Hello,

I recently switched from LibTool 1.4.3 -> 1.5 and the components inside
a full GNOME build that requires LibTool are building perfectly with
that. Unfortunately various Modules in CVS has to be patched to detect
1.5. I opened various b.g.o entries with diffs to these Modules and
would like to ask if they can be committed in one go.
