Here's a step in the right direction:

Merge into one application:
- userinfo (RH tool) that allows you to change your personal details
- userpasswd (RH tool as well) that's used to change your password
- gdmphotosetup (gdm) that one uses to change his login photo

It's on my TODO list, but it's right at the bottom... And it could
certainly be used for most Linux distributions (and probably other
Unices).
