D'oh, good question :) Perhaps insensitive controls should be included
in the tab order while Tooltip mode is turned on... but that's a whole
other debate!
Either that or you can run at-poke, it'll tell you more than you ever
wanted to know about every control in your window whether it's enabled
or not :)
