Being an end-user and a developer is completely ortogonal.

If I develop one app in a set of many apps, what am I? :)
I'm quite probably and enduser of those other many apps...

And what I vouch for desktop endusers is mostly from my ''helpdesk''
experience with my mother, my girlfriend and a lot of stupid colleagues
at work...
