I committed the code earlier today.  All (most?) of the capplets now
have help buttons that link to sometimes fictitous documents.
However it does link to the right place.  Create the missing files
and things will get pulled in.

Sadly they all look damn ugly to me.  Probably something in my
docbook setup.  No formatting, and no warnings...
