As I said there is a bunch of issues with GtkHtml2 and noone to fix
them. So, the current state is that we have a broken html widget, (we
know that), and no one will fix the bugs (we know that). We have another
widget that might have bugs (very well tested for gnome1) untested a11y
BUT someone to fix the bugs.
So either we can ship a yelp with an html widget that we know before
hand is broken or we can ship yelp with a html widget that we can at
least try to fix.
