This is a problem on your system :)  Nautilus uses a virtual include 
from the CVSROOT/modules file to pull in libbackground.  If you rerun 
"cvs checkout" on nautilus, it should check that directory out (you 
don't need to remove the old tree, just checkout over the top of it).
