Compiling libgnomeui 1.10[8/9]

When i try to compile libgnomeui 1.108 or 1.109 (tried 109 tarbal from 
ftp.gnome.org, 108 from rawhide & gnomehide), i get an error that 
copyrights.txt (in libgnomeui/pixmaps) is missing.

Also, when i modify the tarbal to include this file, later on in the 
build i get an error that index.sgml is missing in docs/reference/html.

Are these known errors? any easy fixes? (i searched the list and couldnt 
find any references)

error 1 (@ beginning of compile):

error 2 (@ make install fase):
