The personas would not be exclusive. Caring about one person's concerns
does not mean that you can't care about other peoples' concerns too. We
would be free to continue to be vague about hypothetical non-identified
personas. We should not expect to identify all representative personas
at first, because it will not happen. We should maybe _aim_ to identify
them all one day.
