There's a bug in bugzilla

which we think it important to fix for accessibility; it has a working
patch that's probably pretty close to right, but we are awaiting the OK
from Havoc to commit.

Since time has been passing, various freeze dates have been creeping by
whilst this patch sleeps.

The feature will, for the moment, only be available via gconftool, since
we have no UI for turning it on.  I would prefer that both the feature
*and* an HCI-approved UI addition go in, but at a minimum we can make do
with just the semi-hidden feature.

Please let me know where we stand with this; previous emails about the
topic seem to have gone to /dev/null ;-)
