[Deskbar] How to install Deskbar 2.24.2??

Hi. I have a problem with the installation of Deskbar 2.24.2. This version of the software isn't in the Ubuntu repositories (at least), and can not be upgraded.

I decide download the source and compile it, but I have this output when i type 'sudo ./configure':

--
checking for headers required to compile python extensions... found
checking for DESKBAR... configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-2.0                >= 2.12
    pygtk-2.0                >= 2.12
    pygobject-2.0            >= 2.12
    gnome-python-2.0        >= 2.10
    gnome-desktop-2.0        >= 2.10
    dbus-python                >= 0.80.2
) were not met:

No package 'gnome-desktop-2.0' found
Package dbus-1 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `dbus-1.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
Package 'dbus-1', required by 'dbus-python', not found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DESKBAR_CFLAGS
and DESKBAR_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
