File category disappears

Yestoday I found "File category" in "Index  Information" of beagle disappeared .
So I now can not search files in an ext3 partition.

Then I delete all .beagle directory and run beagle again . I find it have File category , but it need to rehash all my files .

but in the middle of the caching of my files , File category disappeared again .

I use beagle0.3.9 in gentoo a linux distribution.

what is the problem ? Thanks
