beagle should do nothing (index,crawling etc) while running on battery. 
(by default)
if someone wants to enable it let him... but by default it should not 
waste battery power..
maybe show a warning in the search dialog "you are running on battery, 
in order to save power not all files are indexed, please connect to AC 
power to continue the indexing process"
or something like this (maybe shorter)
