Is the filter shown being used in beagle-extract-content definitely the filter being used?
Because I commented out all the lines of FilterJpeg and beagle-extract-content did not list any properties, yet the index still had the information? Does old index information about a file persist after a new version of that filter is run on that file to update that files information?
