SIGSEGV error in beagle

Hi,
I have compiled beagle 0.2.3 on my system. I can run the search tool and 
get results but the application crashed with the following error message.
Here is the system I use:
Debian testing with kernel 2.6.15-1 on powerbook
Does anyboby have an idea where the problem comes from?
