ID3 tags are already indexed and searched, so searching for a specific
artist I think should already work.  (It may be necessary to do
"artist:foo" rather than just "foo"; if so we should probably fix that.)

We don't do this right now because it's basically impossible to do it
accurately without ruining performance.

My hope is that we'll be able to do this more reasonably once we have a
separate metadata store.
