beagle and temporary files...

beagle seems to not be dealing very well with temporary files, such as
downloads from epiphany (.part files). I'm also seeing this behavior
with temporary files created when i do a p4 sync.
if I run beagle-info --status, it claims to be "working", and displays
the temporary file as the first job. But that file doesn't exist, and
that first job never finishes... If I try killing the IndexHelper
process manually, it just restarts trying to index the same
nonexistant file.
I know that "the right thing doesn't always happen if a file's name changes
very rapidly", but should this case be handled better by beagle?
Thanks,
-Joe
