Do we need a "dashboard-commits" mailing list?

Hi Beagles, ;-)

Lately I was thinking of a "dashboard-commits" mailing list, after
reading the "two-day" log of dashboard-hackers.!!

Especially, since the timezones playing a significant role :-), a
"dashboard-commits" would be really helpful to "hackers" sitting in the
other side of the planet like me. :-D

What do you "beagles" feel about it?
