Maemo packaging files

Hi,
Does someone know where I can get the maemo packaging files, so I can rebuild the package?
I tried installing the package and it hangs during the configure phase, hitting ctrl-c seems to let it complete but the network module fails as the version on my laptop doesn't match the maemo package.
