cli command to start sync of existing group

I enquired on this list a few months ago (i think it was when conduit was up to 0.3.4) as to whether there is a cli command that will start an existing sync pair syncing, and I'd just like give it a bump to see whether it's in 0.3.6 or not???
I mean just like i can right click on a sync pair and click "synchronize" but from the command line, or more specifically a shell script.

I'm still on the case of getting podcasts to "magically" appear on my phone, using bluetooth obexftp and miro and conduit (well that's what I'm working with this month :-)
