I'm running it off the PPA - do you have the data providers configured correctly?

• This allows you to sync calender entries from the Evolution PIM program.

  • Evolution Calender on another computer via the Network Provider

• Supported Destinations

  • Evolution Calender on another computer via the Network Provider

• This allows you to sync tasks from the Evolution PIM program.

  • This is a two way sync module

The documentation - a work in progress is at http://live.gnome.org/Conduit/Documentation hopefully you find the answers there.   If your trying to go from one computer to another - you'll need to use the network data provider to bridge between the two machines.

The top 3 reasons I would need conduit are for tasks, calendars, and folders (all to keep my laptop and desktop in sync). What is the status on those three? Is it that they are too experimental to be included in the PPA?

Also, should I assume that the evo data providers work with e-d-s, and so when my laptop uploads new calendar events onto my desktop, even if the evolution calendar app (or pimlico Dates) is running, those should automagically appear on the screen?
