    Issue #10: removing Changelog page.
    
    There was a link to an old RSS tool/service. Fortunately this is not too
    bad on current developer website because the landing page link is now
    sending to Gitlab log page, though the html page is still accessible by
    direct link.
    
    Anyway I don't really think we need to have a dedicated "ChangeLog"
    section anymore. Nowadays, developers or people interested in accurate
    development logs know how to get it from the public git repository.
    
    Let's just remove the page (and we'll add http redirections later).
