[seahorse/pgp/unit-tests: 2/2] pgp: Write a minimal test for GPGME stuff

commit 893523ebafb35cc9c7bf27c28a19c3382bc5fa2a
Author: Niels De Graef <nielsdegraef gmail com>

pgp: Write a minimal test for GPGME stuff

Test if we can make an empty keyring and if the usual methods don't
crash. It's very minimal of course, but it's a start in getting some of
    our stuff unit tested.
