[gtk/wip/layout-manager: 27/27] Changes after review

commit 5ebb42a7358cdea7f9e292d1f811bd40a0297c55
Author: Emmanuele Bassi <ebassi gnome org>
Date: Wed Mar 20 15:37:15 2019 +0000

    Changes after review

     - Rename GtkLegacyLayout to GtkCustomLayout
     - Use for() to iterate over children in GtkBinLayout
     - Whitespace fixes for code imported from GtkBox
     - Store the GtkLayoutChild instances inside LayoutManager
     - Simplify the GtkLayoutManager API by dropping unnecessary arguments
     - Fix the ownership model of GtkLayoutManager
