[nautilus] files-view: Replace eel_show_error_dialog

    files-view: Replace eel_show_error_dialog
    
    Now that show_error_dialog is implemented we should not use
    eel_show_error_dialog anymore.
    
    This patch removes dependency of eel by using buildin function
    show_error_dialog.
