[shotwell] Add '<gui>' tag to option/item/button mentions

commit 810f08310fbad5da0c70f7ee4e5e78d5fd871fbd
Author: Rafael Fontenelle <rafaelff gnome org>
Date: Thu Apr 7 17:10:27 2016 -0300

Add '<gui>' tag to option/item/button mentions

The help files mentions option/item/button labels of Shotwell's UI
without the proper <gui> and </gui> mallard tags. This commit fix it.

    Target labels of this commit:

     organize-event: "Events"
     organize-search: "+", "-" and "OK"
     organize-tag: "Tags"
