Add '<gui>' tag to option/item/button mentions
The help files mentions option/item/button labels of Shotwell's UI
without the proper <gui> and </gui> mallard tags. This commit fix it.
Target labels of this commit:
organize-event: "Events"
organize-search: "+", "-" and "OK"
organize-tag: "Tags"
