[shotwell] Fixed mentions to UI's option/item/button labels

    Fixed mentions to UI's option/item/button labels
    
    Some Help pages had mentions of options/items/buttons, from
    the Shotwell's UI, with typos or wrong reference.
    This commit aims fixing small issues, but that could bother
    the user.
    
    Summary of changes:
    
     edit-adjustments:   Apply -> OK (button)
     edit-crop:          Apply -> Crop (button)
     edit-straighten:    OK -> Straighten (button)
     edit-time-date:     Added "..." to menu item and replaced all
                           "time and date" -> "date and time" to fit
                           UI's "Adjust Date and Time..."
    
     import-*, organize-*, share-*:
                         Added "..." to menu item
     + organize-search:  New Search > New Saved Search...
