[atk] atkhyperlink: deprecate 'link-selected' property

    atkhyperlink: deprecate 'link-selected' property
    
    As the property is deprecated, atk_hyperlink_is_selected_link is not
    anymore used to get its value.
    
    This closes bug bgo#573539
