[gtk+/gtk-2-24] Change the location of the online docs

commit 7336783e574a02a0d02168be4f5b71514609c063
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Sun Sep 23 15:04:06 2012 -0400

Change the location of the online docs

It is better to install these under gdk2/ and gtk2/, to make
it explicit what version they are about. Doing this will eventually
let us move the gtk3 docs to gtk/.
