[glib] Add compare-and exchange for data lists

commit 06e3a1d71afb66d573b20f17a575c345fb4b697f
Author: Matthias Clasen <mclasen redhat com>
Date: Tue Aug 28 06:44:00 2012 -0400

Add compare-and exchange for data lists

Also, make it possible to get a 'new ref' on a datalist member
    in a race-free way.
This is useful when using object data in thread-safe libraries.
