[gtk+] rbtree: Simplify rotation functions

    rbtree: Simplify rotation functions
    
    - Make sure the rotated nodes aren't nil
    - Use existing functions for complex computations
    - Don't use NULL checks for variables guaranteed to not be NULL/nil
