commit 20bbdf98d51e586d671551d5714be8d891a5dd27
Author: Juan A. Suarez Romero <jasuarez igalia com>

core: Do not print warning if initializing plugin fails

configuration has been provided, then log it as information instead of warning,
as it is a typical use case.
