[gimp] app: rename gimp_image_select_fuzzy() to gimp_image_select_contiguous_color()

commit aa667f790ec2028802bc7faec09d0ec34ac8f6bc
Author: Michael Natterer <mitch gimp org>
Date:   Sun Feb 13 17:11:20 2011 +0100

    app: rename gimp_image_select_fuzzy() to gimp_image_select_contiguous_color()

    and update all documentation accordingly. Also reorder the
    gimp_image_select procedures.
