    [solitary] first pass at tool to build a perfect bundle
    
    Based on my Shoes tool [1], Solitary works hard to collect all
    dependencies of an application - managed and native code. The
    tool loads all managed assemblies, their managed dependencies,
    and resolves any native libraries that are P/Invoked into from
    managed land.
    
    It then collects any native dependencies that are explicitly
    passed to it, or are linked from any P/Invoked native libraries.
    
    Very much a WIP, but the managed side of the problem is finished.
