the documentation for Clutter has been moved to the developer.gnome.org website:

  http://developer.gnome.org/clutter/stable/

if you go to:

  http://www.clutter-project.org

and go to the 'Documentation' page you'll find more links.

the whole clutter-project.org domain has been moved to the GNOME
Foundation, which kindly provides us with the infrastructure.
