Chronojump server code started.

It currently connects to the DB as WebService and uses the classes of
chronojump :)

Chronojump classes have to be refactorized. We need to separate events
definition from events execution. Events execution contains calls to gtk# and
chronopic that are not needed on the server. Simple jump code separation has
started.
