cheese settings

Hallo boys!
Could you tell me where cheese keeps its settings? When I've set a low
resolution of my camera, cheese window disapeared. Now appears only for 1
sek after start and consequently close. Deinstalling cheese and installing
again do not helps.
My OS is Mint 13 Maya, camera logitech QuickCam Express, a driver spca 561.
