Someone uses the logo for their service

Hello. Today I saw an advertisement of a website and recognized the Cheese logo on it.

Here is the website: http://myzippycard.com/

I didn’t use it (and certainly don’t want to), but it seems like a service for creating online cards.

And they obviously violate the license of the logo.
