Acer HD Crystal Eye webcam (064e:a117 Suyin Corp.) not working on Ubuntu 9.10 beta and Cheese

Hi all,

I've the webcam you can see in the subject. It works fine with any
application: Skype, gstreamer-properties preview ecc.... but using
Cheese it says it cannot detect the webcam.

How can I fix this problem?

Please tell me if you need any other information so we'll be able to
resolve (I hope) this issue.
