ya i want to work for gsoc.and i want to work on two ideas.one is hackergotchi creation and other is 'put alpha-transparent pngs onto cam image'.
i think these two ideas need 2-3 months of work.

sure it is a good idea. but if you want to propose it for gsoc, you will
have to extend it, so that your task needs 2-3months of work
