LibICal license

Hello Eric,

   We are interested in using the libical library in the GNOME system
for our calendar application.  GNNOME is a project to bring
productivity applications as well as missing architectures into Unix.

   We do have a problem though, all of the GNOME code is written using
the GPL or the LGPL code, and the MPL license is in conflict with
this, would it be possible to dual license the code under the GPL and
the MPL?
