[Builder] BoF at GUADEC

Hi Everyone!

We have done a tremendous amount of work this cycle, and there is even
more we'd like to push through the pipeline for 3.22.

I would be very happy if those of you at GUADEC would come to our BoF¹
and help push features forward. It's also a good time to demo how you
use Builder so that we can polish your workflow.

My goal for the BoF is two-fold.

 1) Start integrating Sysprof into Builder
 2) Teach the code-base/machinery to those that want to get started
    contributing to the project.

If you've been holding out on contributing to Builder because you feel
you aren't up to date on the code-base, this is an excellent way to
remedy that. Remember that all contributions to Builder are valuable and
may fall into the various categories.

 - i18n/l10n
 - plugins (in C, C++, Vala, or Python)
 - tutorials
 - templates
 - design
 - core ide abstractions (libide in C)
 - language bindings (Python, Vala, C++)
 - documentation (our yelp docs need writing!)
 - build system improvements
 - artwork
 - outreach
 - website (we need a maintainer for our wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Builder
   portion of the wiki).

I'm happy to give deep-dives on the whiteboard for anyone that would
like details on how the machinery works.

Our BoF is in the morning of the 16th and the 17th in room 107.
