bxlug-sid failing nspr

Hi,

bxlug-sid failing the nspr build due to a commit [1] I did.
This is because the JHBuild doesn't patch an already untarred tarball.
'rm -rf nspr-4.8.6' will fix it. Same goes for nss (nss-3.12.6).
