Which moduleset compile

Recently I updated the config file on the build master, and I needed
to update the moduleset to be compiled.

As you know, now the modulesets are bein redefined, so now we have
core, apps, etc.

Being conservative, I decided to just compile the core.

But not sure if this is the best idea, or if we should compile a wider
moduleset, including apps, etc

Opinions?
