DVD-RAM support was underway for 0.8.3 but I had more important matters to attend to and therefore this feature introduction was skipped but will probably be in 0.9.X series. I don't have such a drive so I need testers. You may want to add your address to the CC field for the bug on bugzilla.gnome.org #474325 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474325). That's where I post all the updates about supporting BD and DVD-RAM discs. That way you'll be informed of any improvements and I can ask you to test the progress made by brasero.
