svn does not build if BUILD_PLAYLIST is not defined

Hi,

checked out latest svn and got this:

moved the struct definition and the the typedef out of the ifdef and
get this:

undefined reference to

undefined reference to `brasero_io_playlist_clear' collect2: ld
returned 1 exit status
