bsefextract segfault

Hello Stefan.
During testing I created an empty WAV file. Nothing worth listening to, but
sweep loads it ok while bsefextract segfaults:
tools/bsefextract bseadder-test.wav --cut-zeros --channel 0 --avg-spectrum
--spectrum --avg-energy
Segmentation fault
In gdb:
