in 2004 we have integrated your BseContribSampleAndHold plugin into the 
stock beast distribution under this license:

we have recently put all beast/bse and other plugin code under the LGPL.
so we would like to ask for your permission to change the license of your 
BseContribSampleAndHold to GNU LGPL version 2 or later as well.
