It doesn't work that way. You can't just paste links from your web
browser into Banshee.
In this particular case they have embedded a Flash Player into a
website, Banshee cannot play this.
The Flash player itself points to a RTMP address:
rtmp://46.4.25.213:1935/rsg
This is the address for streaming the station.
However, Banshee cannot play RTMP streams, you will have to use a
different program that can handle it.

I have added an internet radio station to Banshee 2.6.2 on Ubuntu 14.04

Where do I get this decoder and how do I install it?
