[Banshee-List] Save Playlist and Smart Playlist structures

Hi, 

This is a request

It would be AWESOME to have an Export function for Smart playlist and
regular Playlist as well as Library structure.

I have been through the process of reinstalling my OS several times and
would have liked to skip this step as my HD structure are always the same.
